Unfortunately a number of regulars for this match were unavailable and whilst, over the last few years, the GB Vets have won this fixture, this year we went down 2/3, although in number of games we won 10/9!

Andrew Bonner, back from injury, played well but went down 1/3 and Peter Young just lost 6/9 in the 5th.
Unfortunately Roger Sulley became ill at 1/1 and had to retire. Alan Nelson had a comfortable win 3/0 as did Nigel Belle who beat fellow GB Vet John Prowse by the same margin.  

A thoroughly enjoyable evening was had by all.
