November 2016
Friday 18th November saw the playing of the now
annual GBVets v Bromley Cricket doubles match, where the
number of previous victories was tied at one all.
Unfortunately for the GBVets (and fortunately for BCC),
Bromley's first two pairs secured three wins out of
four, and only the Vets third pairing of Nick Wise and
Peter Young could keep a clean sheet. Despite coming
second, the Vets enjoyed an extremely sociable evening
and look forward to exacting their revenge next year.
Many thanks to Steve Pusey of BCC for his superb
organisation.
