It is time to dust off those commemorative shirts and shorts, break out the new graphite racket (we may not be as young as we were but we keep up with the latest technology) and head to Colets Health and Leisure Club for the annual GB Vets Tournament, this year ably managed by the redoubtable Keith Ragg, 17-18 October 2026.

Registration closes 6 pm 10 October 2026 

While we know everyone is hyper-fit and keen to spend as much time as possible on court, we are going to have to limit you to a maximum of three competitions each (any mix of singles and/or doubles is OK) with each competition entry being the princely sum of £15 – yes that really is only £7.50 per head for a doubles pair!

“What do I get for my money?” you ask. As well as the chance to control the court like Amr Shabana, everyone will get a tournament shirt and various other goodies courtesy of Keith and our sponsors. There will be trophies for winners and runners up so keep some space clear on your mantelpiece!

“Can I tell my friends?” – ABSOLUTELY! You know all your friends have admired your GB Vets kit over the years and now’s their chance to sign up, win a prize AND order their club kit too! Applications to join the club can be done online using the link in Step 1 below - we do need to review and confirm applications but this will be simpler than the old paper and mail process so please spread the word!

Step 2 - Event Registration

Once your account has been created and your profile set, log in to this website using the login button towards the top right of this webpage.
Once logged in, register for the event using the link below.

Step 3 - Entry Fee Payment

Once you have registered for the event, follow the instructions provided to pay the event entry fee.
Please see the registration fees at the bottom of this page.
Registration Fees: £15 per event (maximum 3).  Note only one player from a doubles pair needs to pay the doubles entry fee.

Non-County: O40-49 / O50-59 / O60-64 / O65+
Women's: O35 / O45 / O55/ O65
Men's Doubles: O40 / O50 / O60 / O70 / O75
Women's Doubles: O35+
Mixed Doubles: Men-O35+ / Women's -O35+
